Being in your Body starts with an awareness of how the state of your body influences how you feel and think as you go through your day. With practice, you can learn to survey yourself and know where you are holding tension; where you have soreness; where you feel stiff.
By using a quick body scan you can measure the state your body is in. Some simple movements can then help provide you with relief. You will discover that your disposition and your sense of self changes as you focus on your body.
